These Terms govern your use of the Keuce website and your purchases from us. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. We sell and ship to addresses within the United States only.
2. Products & descriptions
We work to describe our products accurately, but colours can vary between screens, and measurements are approximate. Product images are illustrative. We do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free.
3. Pricing & availability
All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout. Prices and availability may change without notice. If an item is mispriced or out of stock after you order, we will contact you and either cancel and fully refund that item or, with your agreement, substitute it.
4. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not accept your offer; acceptance happens when we ship. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example where we suspect fraud, where quantities look intended for resale, or where an obvious pricing error occurred.

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to scrape or copy it for a competing service, to introduce malicious code, or to interfere with its operation or security.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Keuce or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. User content
If you submit a review, photo, or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is yours to share and is not unlawful or offensive. We may remove content at our discretion.
11. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Keuce against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The version in effect when you place an order is the version that applies to it.
