This Privacy Policy explains how Keuce (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit or place an order at keuce.com. Keuce serves customers in the United States only.

You give us
- Name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number
- Order contents and order history
- Any message you send our support team
Payment card numbers are entered directly into our payment processor and are never stored on our systems. We receive only the card type, the last four digits, and an authorization result.

- Pages viewed, products viewed, referring site, and time on site
- Cookie and similar identifiers (see below)

Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers who need it to do their job for us: our ecommerce platform, payment processors, shipping carriers, email and SMS platforms, analytics providers, and customer-support tools. Each is bound to use it only for the services they provide us. We may also disclose information where required by law, or in connection with a merger or sale of our business.

To make a request, email support@keuce.com with the subject line “Privacy Request”. We verify your identity by matching the details against your order records, and respond within 45 days. Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle returns, and meet tax and accounting obligations — generally seven years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
Security
Our site uses TLS encryption, and payment data is handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Children
Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page.
